Since porting to ID from Vodafone. I have noticed that my normal calls drop both on sim calls or WhatsApp calls …also my sms messages do not get delivered always…please advise

It might be a SIM card problem - does your iD SIM card work properly in a different phone @Shraddha Daga Garg?

I’d recommend double checking your postcode on the iD Mobile Coverage Checker and the Three Outage Checker to see if your local area is recommended for our signal/may be having an outage.

 

Have you tried the SIM in another device? Does the same happen in the other device?

 

When dropping WhatsApp calls is this while on Wi-Fi or mobile data?
