Connection is getting really bad.

My Internet lately has become very slow and sluggish lately. I'm getting connection issues and one bars wherever I go. Is there any reason for this or is this just the normal. Very poor service from ID

A broken or faulty SIM card can sometimes be the cause of issues like this @Max Patterson.

Does the same happen if you use your iD SIM card in a different handset?

Thanks Tom, I'm having issues in the Essex area mostly. In ss15 and ss16 areas. I've checked the sim for any damage and have also tried other handsets which resulted in the same issue

If the issue persist across different handsets, it does sound like you’ve got a broken or faulty SIM card @Max Patterson.
