Contact details not accepted for lost username etc

Hello,

my daughter has an ID mobile plan -are direct debit payments on her bank account; we have tried to log in to the id on line account. She’s not sure of her user name or password.

When we enter the phone number, our surname (which is hyphenated) and her year of birth it won’t accept it (nor my year of birth as in past i managed her account)

What can we do?

You could try and enter the SURNAME without the hyphen @Michael Mulroy.

Has an iD Mobile app account been registered before? If not, you’ll need to register before logging in.

 

The details used for the app will need to be that of the account holder, not the user specifically.
