My account is completely messed up. I can’t solve it on line. How do I speak to a human?
I the only people you can actually speak to are the iD Complaints team, on 0800 049 1300. Otherwise all iD Mobile’s help & support is online.
The best way of getting in-touch is to use the online live chat service, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter (via DM (direct message)).
The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

I’m not sure why iD don’t make it clear that Facebook Messenger and Twitter DM are also support routes? Unless I missed something?

I suspect it’s because they’ve got more staff working on the online live chat service.
