I have recently, in the last few days, decided to switch to iD.
I inserted my SIM card today to begin using it as today was the day that my number would be transferred.
The signal has been absolutely abysmal to the extent that I’ve hardly been able to use my phone until I got home and connected to WiFi.
Therefore, I’ve decided not to stay with iD and have signed up to another company and requested a PAC from iD. I now have 3 issues:
1. The deal I signed up for is £8 a month and I’m leaving well within the 30 day cooling off period but have been quoted just under £15 as a final bill
- I have requested the PAC but it says ‘not generated’.
- The live chat function is not loading and I cannot find any other way to contact iD to query these issues.
