Hi, please can you confirm my Sim contract. I thought my contract was 12 months but when I check bill it states for only a month. I am confused so wondering if you could help me?

What does it say in your order confirmation, and your order complete email messages (from iD Mobile) @AnupR

If you text “INFO DDMMYY” to 85075 - where DDMMYY is the DoB iD have on record for your iD account - the reply should indicate the duration of your iD SIM only plan.
