My order was declined due to failed credit check but my score is fine. I’ve already got an ID contract for my daughter and I was wanting one for me. Is there a way to review this?
If you used your details for your daughter’s iD contract, it might explain why your application was rejected.
Every company has their own unique way of determining credit worthiness, and a good credit score is just one part of that process.
Anyway for immediate help, try contacting the iD customer service team via their Live Chat service, who’ll be able to assist you.

Thanks. It’s odd that trying to set up two contracts causes an issue. I’ve had 4 concurrent contracts with 3 before with no issues.
