Hello. My contract is finish this month and I would like to keep my mobile number and take sim only. What I need to do?

If you wish to keep your number you can look at your upgrade deals.
You can check the upgrade options by following the below:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
- Navigate to the My account page.
- If you're eligible you'll see a tile saying, 'You can upgrade to a new handset!'. Click 'Upgrade now' to unlock the deals available.
- Can't see the upgrade message above? Then go to 'Manage my plan', select 'Check if I can upgrade', and you'll see a list of reasons why you might not eligible. With a bit of luck, you might just need to make a few slight changes to be eligible. You'll find more information on the eligibility criteria here.
