I've applied for a contract on the 6th may. It states success and being processed not heard anything else from them even though they have taken £9 out of my account. The phone was the s23 ultra anyone know how long it takes to find out on credit checks please

The £9 is likely from the upfront cost of the device, have you checked for any emails we’ve sent? Should we need some more details from you about an order we’d have sent an email, or you might find an order confirmation, please could you double check your emails and let us know what the latest from us is?
