coverage in Lazarote

Hi, I’m new to ID Mobile and are travelling to Lanzarote very soon.

will I have to pay anymore to use my phone or is it included in my ID monthly allowances?

When I arrive in Lanzarote are there any settings in the app and on my iPhone I need to change and what network
