Creatine a new iD account

I received my phone today but my old phone number from previous network is going to switch in 3 days, should I wait until then to make my account on that number? or if I make my account today with the new number from iD and then when the old number gets switched to iD will it automatically change in my account too and will be able to use it to log in or i will have to keep using the originial number from iD to log in my account.

You can do it either way @Mihai Pop. 

You login to your iD account using a username, not a telephone number.

If you manage to setup your “My iD Account” online before your number transfers to iD, the number shown in your iD account will change to the number to want to keep once the transfer to iD has been completed.

Looks like @andewhite has got you covered here, it’s totally up to you when you register an iD Mobile app/website account, if you do it before the port, the number will update in time.
