Hi - I was issued a gift card on 9th Feb 2022 which is valid for 24 months. As its coming to the end of the term I am trying to use the gift card but it is saying that it is not valid. I have tried customer services who cannot help and have tried placing the order multiple times online to the same avail. Due to the urgency of the card expiring (tomorrow 9th Feb) can someone urgently help me please.
