My phone has not been receiving 3G when out and about, I have spoken to Samsung and they say there is nothing wrong with the phone and suggested I need my supplier to turn my Data back on. Please could you help with this.

Three UK (iD Mobile’s network partner) are turning OFF the 3G network signal.
This work is scheduled to be completed throughout the UK by end of 2024.

What make and model of Samsung are you using @Jane Self.
