I joined recently with 12gb data, now my first bill has been generated and i realised my new allowance is 7gb. Why has it been lowered if my monthly cost is the same?

On the 1st page of your bill, on the right-hand side near the top of page, it shows your allowances:

What does it say on your bill?

Thank you for your reply. It says 12,288gb

But on my app now in allowances it says 7.21 remaining of 7.50gb, so its lowered since i signed up

I’d be inclined to believe the bill, not the iD app.

This forum is full of reports of things not working properly in the iD app.

Have you looked at your iD My Account online?

Do this using a laptop and web browser and sign-in at https://my.idmobile.co.uk.

If it’s still unclear, then try the live chat team who can probably tell you what’s going on - contact them weekdays from 9am - 8pm, and weekends from 9am - 6pm.
