Unlimited data SIM has stopped working. Suspect some bar needs lifting, as I have had the SIM for one month now. Tried in 3 different devices and it’s the same.

I’m sorry to hear that the SIM has stopped working, thanks for trying it in different devices first, this helps check if the issue is the SIM or device, in this case it seems like the SIM.
Do you have the iD Mobile app? Does it show anything there?
Are your bills up to date?

Thanks for the response. Bills are all paid. I checked with the ID online services and there is a problem currently in my area. Hopefully gets sorted out soon (4th day!). Cheers :)
