data roaming not working in Germany

Currently I'm in Germany and my data roaming is not working.

I have 2 Sims in my mobile one with EE the other is with id. Data roaming with EE is working fine but will cost me a bomb. 

With id I have roaming enabled on my account, on my mobile and I tried to use o2 de, telekom.de and Vodafone.de. Data isn't working for any of them. Is there anything I missed?

Hello @beanzl,

Yes, the iD Mobile roaming partners in Germany are: O2 and Telekom.

Try turning off your phone for 10 minutes.
When you turn it on again, try manually selecting the network.

The “How do I ensure roaming is set up?” community article has got a “Check your APN settings” section, with details for manually changing APN settings - maybe that will help.

Does your phone do data roaming using just the iD SIM - take out the EE SIM?

Hey @beanzl, with respect to @andewhite, there was no mention of APN settings or a reboot in your initial post. Are you certain you’ve taken a look at these? If so, the only other explanation would be a network issue with our network partners in Germany. You could try performing a network reset.

If you’re still having trouble, I’d recommend speaking to the Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter teams, as they’ll be able to troubleshoot more quickly and raise a ticket for you if necessary.
