I have set up my account and used my SIM in the UK for a few weeks with a TP Link M7200 mobile router, all worked well until i left the country. we can see the device but it will not connect any devices. Signal is great where we are staying, any advice?

Leaving the country with an iD Mobile SIM card shouldn’t cause the SIM to stop working, is roaming active on the device/iD mobile account?

It’s also worth noting that we don’t officially support the use of iD Mobile SIMs in any routers so this could be causing an issue, we’d recommend trying the SIM in a supported device to see if this helps.
