data traffic in daytime vs night

Hi, does anyone know about data slowing down in middle of day or other busy times due to coverage/data traffic??

Three UK (the iD Mobile network partner) say they use something called TrafficSense, to manage the network bandwidth when it’s busy/congested, or there’s a network fault.
