I want to view my data usage history over the past few months but am unable to view previous pdf bills like many others due to ongoing issuing with opening these bills. How else can I do this?

Hello, welcome to the ID mobile bill fiasco!
Checked again today, online and via the app. that access to bills was still unavailable. I got through to a real chat agent and asked a specific question about our roaming data usage during a particular period and got an answer but an incorrect one! (we were roaming in the EU and used zero data!) As they are unable to email bills (also part of the problem) but will be sending a copy of my bill by post - We will see what arrives. ( I expect nothing will )
The fiasco continues.
