My husband was declined his order and they said it may be in my name by mistake... which I didn't think it was but still I checked and they said to reorder so I did and it was declined which was upsetting because we have a good credit score and have always had a good credit score. I checked again and his score was again excellent. He only wanted to change networks... we have three mobiles in the house mine and our two sons, he liked our phones and the network so thought it would be good to be all under the same network. ... got that wrong didn't we.... I would like to know what it is that has caused the decline as it causes distress.Â

It’s usually best to wait 30 days before trying again, as repeated applications reflect badly upon the applicant whatever their credit score.
