Is it possible to set up voicemail with the default greeting instead of recording a personalised one? At the moment I cannot access my voicemails without going through the prompts to record a personalised greeting or my name etc.

Your voicemail can’t be reset to the default message once a voicemail is recorded.
You can set up a voicemail but not record a message, it will mean that you have a silent message.
