Did not receive the phone but have received the powerbank and plug

I have received my plug and powerbank that was ordered when I ordered my phone upgrade. However I do not have the phone and I have received an email stating I'm being charged.  I do have 3 contacts with you 

Can someone ease help

You should have received your order with the handset and any included items unless they were sent separately.
