When I placed my order I got an email saying:
You will receive your eGift once you have completed your order and this purchase has been validated by iD Mobile.
Details of how to receive your gift will be sent to the email address provided after 90 daysfrom your purchase.
That was on 28th March, 2023 - no email yet!
Can someone contact me please?

If your began on the MSE website, it’s probably best to get in-touch with the GiftCloud voucher team by by emailing “uk-idmobile@awin.com” - tell them what was ordered + the order number and date.
