I need some help with my bill and can't find any answers. I have two accounts ,one for me and one for my son. I can't see his as it's on his number. I know how much I am paying for my phone but I have realised that there has been another smaller amount being taken out every month. I don't know what this is for. I thought was for an old account that I had before I upgraded . I tried cancelling the direct debit for this but am now being chased for it . This amount is not appearing on any accounts ,mine or my son's . Can anyone help me please. X

Hi @tiggercat, it sounds like you might have a third line here, likely a SIM-only line if it’s a small amount. You should never cancel the Direct Debit as this will simply cause missed payments on your credit file. I’d recommend contacting the Live Chat team for help with this,. Be sure to provide them with the Direct Debit reference so they can check for any additional accounts.
