Dear iD mobile I have cancelled today my DD for a phone that I don’t have but for which I have been paying for the duration of the contract and now wish to cease all payments. The contract terminates in June.

I hope you can help. I don’t have all the details required to enter the system to cancel. I would like to send an email please to confirm my decision today.

You need to cancel your iD contract (plan), NOT the direct debit (DD).

Cancelling your DD does not cancel your plan. Contact an iD agent using Live Chat to cancel your plan.
