Hi there. Has anyone had this before…
My bill for last month was in credit and my direct debit payment was due out a few days ago and has not come out my account. Would there be no charge come out due to being in credit?

If the amount of credit on your iD account was enough to cover your next monthly payment, I think the direct debit payment would not happen.

As
So if your bills were £20.00 a month and you were in £40.00 credit, you’d essentially be covered for 2 months 🙂 (assuming there’s no extra usage!).
