Direct debit keeps failing

Why does my DD keep failing, I pay off the debt, set up the direct debit again and it fails again. Same bank that Ive been using the last 18 months, it was OK before

iD Mobile have probably changed their customer account systems, behind the scenes, and made things less reliable than before.

Hi @Petershoch. Are you often paying the bill manually via the automated payment service or via the iD mobile app? If so, this can default your payment method to being a manual one, instead of direct debit. This means that sometimes the payment doesn’t come out of your bank account like expected. 

You will also be able to check your payment method via the iD mobile app.
