direct debit set up asking for payment

My direct debit has been paid and not due for a few days for this month

 However it is saying I need to make a payment before my next direct debit is taken. 

I have checked my bank and it is still set up, any ideas?? I don't want it coning up I haven't paid when I haven't changed anything and it all appears to be correct.

Hello @Acjd, if you’ve got an active direct debit setup, then you can ignore any payment due or payment reminder messages.

The app and My Account often get this wrong - anyway, good luck.
