discount code off ID

Hi was just checking out on my upgrade and I got email off ID for £10 off the upfront cost which I thought was great but when I try to at the code it doesn't work anyway off getting another code. Many thanks

Best getting multiple emails with the same code still not working 😔

The code is only available for new handset contracts.

Unfortunately it’s not valid for upgrade contracts.
