Do I need a code before my numbers to call england from Ireland Northern and Southern and is it right I just use my data there is no extra charge

If calling England from Eire (southern Ireland), then you’ll be considered to be roaming, within iD Mobile’s 50 inclusive roaming destinations, and you’ll need the country code +44 at the start of the phone numbers.
Calls from Northern Ireland to England are in your iD plan’s allowance.
Northern Ireland and England are part of the UK, so you’re not roaming and no international dial code needed.
If you’re in Eire, you’ll need roaming enabled on your phone and iD account.
