My upgrade is due in April but my daughters phone has broken, can I pay it off and upgrade early? Or do I have to pay the cancellation fee but will I be able to get another phone out? Can someone help please!

Welcome to the Community!
Unfortunately we don’t offer early upgrades as the upgrade date that you see is the earliest that you can upgrade as it’s already usually 60 days before the contract end date.
You can look at paying off the contract and taking out a new one but we can’t guarantee that you will be accepted for a new deal as it is subject to a credit check. Also you won’t be able to keep the number as iD Mobile don’t support internal number ports.
