Evening all,
I am eligible for upgrade on the 1st Feb 2024. Is it possible to pay my bill up to this date in one lump so I can then access upgrade deals early? (I hope that makes sense). I am looking at taking out a new contract, selling handset to pay off remaining balance, but would ultimately prefer to stay with ID.Â

Not possible if your iD contract has a minimum term
With a 24-month minimum term contract you can upgrade early once you’re within the last 60-days of the minimum term.
