email bill incorrect

I have just been sent an email Bill stating that I will be charged £30 on 10/10. However I have just changed to a sim only plan (£6) and my account says I will be billed £6.25. I already paid an increased fee when I swapped plans in September (£30). Please can someone assist me. I really don't want to be charged this increased fee when I already did last month.
