Error message trying to give PAC details

I have been trying for two days to give my PAC details but I get an error message saying some of my details are incorrect:-

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

I have checked and checked again, all is correct. I cannot get through on live chat because this also has a problem and unavailable. When I try and call the customer service telephone line a message is played saying they are busy and also cannot take calls.

I don't know what to do next?

I’d recommend getting in-touch with iD Mobile’s social media customer support team using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). 

They’ll be able assist you with using your PAC to port you number to iD - good luck @ELB
