As you can see from screenshot it’s showing 2 NOVEMBER invoices; one should say DECEMBER.

Have you changed your billing date recently? It’s possible this has caused a bit of confusion in the iD Mobile app.

 

Do the website and the app both show this?

It says on my account I have 13 days left!!

My account its been stopped and I still have 13 days left until my next bill. I'm fed up with this keep happening think I'll be looking to another company this one is definately a p*** take.
