I have been trying to port in my number to ID, all my info is definitely correct but I get the error
“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”
I transferred my ID mobile number to Lebara 2 days ago, and am now trying to transfer it back to ID Mobile under a new contract. Please can you advise what to do
