I currently have a pay monthly phone contract and want to take out another one. Can I get discount on this please? I’m currently on iPhone 11 unlimited £32.32 a month

iD Mobile do not offer discounts to existing customers. iD Mobile feel that their prices are very competitive as they are. Try looking at third party websites such as uSwitch, sometimes one can find themselces a cracking deal.
