Family SIMs

Hi, 

I’ve transferred across from Plusnet and my SIM is working great so I bought another 24 month contract for my 16 year old son, which I have yet to install.  Now I am trying to get the same deal for my 13 year old daughter and it keeps cancelling….I have tried multiple email addresses and bank accounts.  I would like us all to be under the same roof - please help!

iD Mobile usually only allows a maximum of two pay monthly accounts per person, regardless of credit worthiness. iD Mobile doesn’t have family plans, discounts etc and you cannot have multiple numbers registered against the same online account.

Thank you @WelshPaul - I wish I’d known that before moving across - am I right in thinking that my son would need to be 18 to open his own?

That’s correct the account holder would need to be 18 years old and have 3 years UK Address history.

We do hope we can support family plans in the coming future, but nothing as of current.
