Fed Up with ID Mobile


Why oh why can't I access my ID account on my computer for the last 2 MONTHS yes the last 2 MONTHS. No matter what I try it won't bloomin work, keep getting 'Oops something went wrong try again' I'm getting a bit sick of TRYING AGAIN. If it is not sorted within the next week I will be leaving ID, so can someone tell me how to leave. AS THIS IS NATIONAL HAVE A LAUGH WEEK HERE'S ONE FOR YOU - try to access a ID Mobile account  that's a laugh.

Okay @Flozzy, I think the easiest way to leave is get a PAC from iD Mobile, then give the PAC to another service provider. 

You can get your PAC if you text “PAC” to 65075 from your iD SIM.

Perhaps not possible until iD resolves issues with their new iD app and iD account online services, @Flozzy.

Go to Resolver and complain.
