Final bill


Hi why am I get emails from debt company when I havent even had my final bill through yet

Okay @Jamie Watson, did you cancel the Direct Debit (DD) that was linked to an iD contract?

Cancelling the DD does not cancel the contract, it just removes the payment method for that contract - the plan’s monthly charges will continue.

@Jamie Watson We don’t send a physical bill if that’s what you mean, Jamie. It would be your responsibility to be aware of your final bill date and pay it as normal.

If you cancelled the Direct Debit before the final bill was taken, then this would be passed to a debt collection agency. 

If you’d prefer to pay us directly, you can make a manual payment by calling our dedicated payment line on 0333 003 0001. The agency would then be informed of the payment and cease any further activity.
