I would like a refund if my up front payment . I don’t understand why I have received a final bill I returned my online order within 14 days did not open the SIM card . How Do I contact customer services please

When you return a SIM card we charge you for the days that the SIM was active.
We’ll shortly send you a Private Message to your Community account so we can discuss your issue further.
