final demand

I need to pay my final demand on a previous account but have no way of paying it on line

Hey @Gibbles,

In that case, dial 0333 003 0001 from a non-iD SIM, then enter the iD number you wanted to make a payment for.

You should then be able to process it this way.

I can't do it that way because the account number I need to pay is a pervasive account not a current one,

How to pay your bill via a phone call:

  1. Call 7777 from your iD Mobile phone or 0333 003 7777 from a non-iD number
  2. Select option 2 - Payment or billing queries
  3. Select option 2 - Make a payment
  4. The automated service will let you know if the payment has been successful or if it has failed
