How to pay your bill via a phone call:
- Call 7777 from your iD Mobile phone or 0333 003 7777 from a non-iD number
- Select option 2 - Payment or billing queries
- Select option 2 - Make a payment
- The automated service will let you know if the payment has been successful or if it has failed

I can't do it that way because the account number I need to pay is a pervasive account not a current one,
