My elderly mother has never had an account with IDMobile (I know as I handle all her bills etc and have power of attorney) but has just received a Final Demand Notice threatening debt collectors and interest.
Not sure what is going on here, but need to speak to.someone urgently.
I have just had a final demand letter and have never heard of ID. My mobile is with another network. Very distressed! Wondering if my identity has been stolen. Not sure what to do. Is it a scam?
Worth reporting to Action Fraud, and messaging ID Mobile on Messenger.
