Final demand notice, haven't bought anything with this company

I have been sent a final demand notice letter with an outstanding balance of £51.98. I never used this company before. I have an reference from Action fraud. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Your contact services are really not very user friendly.

Sorry to hear this @Victoria A - it sounds like you might’ve been the victim of identify theft, and somebody opened an iD Mobile account fraudulently in your name.

I’d suggest getting assistance from iD Mobile’s social media customer support team privately on facebook (using Facebook Messenger), or send them a DM (direct message) on Twitter.
