Forget Date of Birth used to make account

I joined iD Mobile over two years ago.

A different Date of Birth was used when my account was made. The person who made it cannot remember which dates were used now. I need to log into my account but I cannot. 

 

What do I do?

Hey @Imtiyaz Haque, I’d recommend sending a private message about the issue to the iD social media team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message).

This’ll be quicker than trying to get it sorted through the iD Community - anyway, good luck.
