Former customer - request bills

Good morning all.

I had an account which I closed a couple of years ago and wondered how I might be able to get historic bills to support me with a legal matter.

Thanks for any help you give.

Hi @Smiffypro 

 

Bills would automatically be sent to you via email, as well as being accessible via the iD Mobile app/website.

 

Bills may be deleted automatically after 12 months.

Hi Tom. Thanks for the reply. I checked that and bills were never sent by email, it’s a link to take you to the bill. Jamie

Okay, unfortunately these links may expire after 12 months as we’d delete them on our side, sorry.

Hello Mohammed. I saw a previous post where a customer needed their bills for a legal matter. I’m in the same position and really could do with these. Is this something you can help with please?

You can obtain bills older than 12 months by submitting a Subject Access Request via the link below:
