My current contract has ended and I've found a new deal online. That deal is also with id but it's better than the upgrades I've been offered. How do I cancel this contract and move my number to the new deal?

You will have to port your existing number out to a different network and port it back to the new iD Mobile number. Be aware, you won’t be able to use your existing online account or the email you registered it with. So, you will have to create a new iD Mobile online account and use a different email address to create it!

You wouldn’t be able to port an existing iD Mobile number to another existing iD Mobile account, if you are purchasing a new plan instead of upgrading you may need to do process a triangle port as
