Sorry to hear about your fraud.
Report it to Action Fraud online and then give your case reference number to iD Mobile.
Do that using the iD Live Chat service or by sending a PM to iD via facebook or twitter.Â
Best to contact iD between 9am and 6pm - anyway, I hope you get it sorted.
