Fraud account has gone to debt collectors !

I have tried to contact ID Mobile once again as to chase an update on the fraud activity on my account. I still havent received an update since my original contact with them on 12 dec 2021

This fraud account has now gone to A DEBT COLLECTION agency and ID Mobile have impacted my credit score terribly……… I have already provided an Action Fraud Crime ref yet till no reply 

 

very, very , very upset and frustrated !!!

Hello @Toffeegog,

You could try contacting iD via a PM on one of their social media channels:

  1. Facebook
  2. twitter

There should be iD agents 8am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 5:30pm weekends.

Otherwise, you’ll be waiting around for iD to reply to this post at some point hence.

Anyway, hope you get it sorted.
